I’ve explored some of America’s greatest Whiskey Bars, and a few Dive Bars too, in search of the perfect Old Fashioned. One bar at a time. One drink at a time. I’m in no hurry. I’m looking for that perfect drink. I’m looking for the unusually creative, the simple yet complex, and the bold subtlety this classic cocktail has to offer.
